Download the latest version of the app for free – from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Registration letter for pushTAN
To set up the S-pushTAN-App, you need a pushTAN registration letter. You will receive this separately from the letter containing your access data. If you have not received this letter, please contact your Sparkasse.
Access data
You can use the S-pushTAN-App to approve orders in online banking. That is why you need the access data for your Sparkasse online banking when setting up the S-pushTAN-App. These are:
Sparkassen-Card (Debitkarte) – card number
You will be asked to enter your card number when setting up the app again. You should therefore have your Sparkassen-Card (debit card) at the ready. The number is located on the back.
Activation password and credit card number
If you only use the S-pushTAN-App to approve online card payments, please have your activation password and 16-digit card number at the ready. The number is located on the front of your card. The activation password can be found in the additional letter you received along with the registration letter for the S-pushTAN-App.
